Overview

This amazing client trusted our direction completely and the result is stunning. The house is on a prime lot overlooking Sarasota Bay. Made for lifelong resort-style recreation and enjoyment, the home comes complete with a bocce court, mini golf and a luxury pool. The owner's office sits on the third floor with glass on all sides and has the MOST incredible sunsets. My favorite elements are the hidden trim wall to the game room, Guest Bedroom #4 bunk room, the pebble mosaic floors in guest baths, and the custom outdoor brick fireplace which I drew on a napkin and took a picture to send to the builder. The lighting completes each space perfectly and the custom cabinetry was custom colored to Sherwin Williams specs and the shades are perfection.
