This complete home renovation transformed an outdated beach house into a vibrant, boutique-style vacation retreat inspired by the relaxed sophistication of Siesta Key. Every surface and finish was thoughtfully reimagined to create a cohesive coastal aesthetic that feels fresh, playful, and timeless. The design palette layers soft blues with warm natural materials, incorporating woven rattan textures, a statement wallpaper, curated accessories, and sculptural 3D fish artwork that pay homage to the home's island setting. At the heart of the home, a 12-foot kitchen island anchors the open-concept living space, creating a functional centerpiece designed for gathering and entertaining.

The project balances clean architectural lines with rich texture and personality, blending layered lighting, carefully selected finishes, and thoughtful details to achieve a space that is both elevated and approachable. Located just a short walk from Downtown Siesta Key, the design embraces the effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle while capturing the charm of Florida coastal living through intentional material selections and a fresh, modern interpretation of coastal design.
